Nabe Media – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nabe Media (“Nabe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Nabe mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirements
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
Nabe allows users to create, upload, post, and share content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Nabe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and moderate that content as part of the Service.
4. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following content is strictly prohibited on Nabe:
A. Abusive or Objectionable Content
Users may not post content that is:
Hate speech, harassment, or threats
Defamatory, misleading, or deceptive
Sexually explicit or pornographic
Violent, graphic, or glorifies harm
Encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
Discriminatory based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or nationality
B. Child Safety Violations
Zero tolerance for:
Sexual content involving minors
Grooming, exploitation, or endangerment of children
Requests for personal information from minors
C. Illegal or Dangerous Activity
Prohibited content includes:
Promotion of illegal activities
Instructions for committing crimes or violent acts
Distribution of drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
Fraud, impersonation, or scams
D. Platform Abuse
You may not:
Spam or manipulate engagement
Circumvent moderation or reporting systems
Use bots or automated scraping tools
Impersonate another person or organization
5. Content Moderation & Enforcement
To protect users and comply with platform safety requirements:
Nabe uses a combination of human review and automated tools to moderate content.
We reserve the right to remove content at any time, with or without notice.
Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned for violations.
Severe violations (especially involving child safety) may be reported to law enforcement.
6. Reporting & Blocking
Users can:
Report content or users directly within the app
Block other users at any time
Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken based on severity.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, and platform content (excluding User Content) are owned by Nabe Media and may not be used without permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
Content on Nabe is user-generated and does not reflect the views of Nabe Media.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of User Content.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nabe Media will not be liable for:
User-generated content
Loss of data or profits
Harm resulting from interactions with other users
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
